   a) You have ordered the style and colour you like.
   b) If ordering a jacket make sure you have followed the
       instructions regarding sizes and taking your
       own measurements.
   c) If ordering a belt you have carefully measured your
       waist.
   d) If you have any questions please call or
       e-mail us before ordering.

2) Shipping damages, shortages, and discrepancies    must be claimed within 5 days from the receipt of your    merchandise. Any claims made after this period will not    be accepted.

3) Merchandise will be replaced if defective, provided the   &nbspdefect is due to a ;flaw in the production process.

4) Before returning any item you should contact us so    that we can authorize the return and provide you with    the proper instructions for shipping back.

5) We shall not accept any merchandise sent    without prior authorization from our company, nor    shall we accept it if the shipping instructions we    provide have not been properly followed.
