Follow these instructions to take the measures directly on your body

A) Chest/Bust: with arms relaxed down at sides, measure around fullest part of your chest

B) Waist: measure around your waistline

C) Hips: measure around the fullest part of your hips

D) Sleeve length: bend your arm at 90° and measure starting at the centre of the back of your neck and going all the way down to your wrist

E) Shoulder width: measure from one end of shoulder reaching the end of the other shoulder (basically from where your left arm inserts onto shoulder bone to where your right arm inserts onto shoulder bone)

These instructions are to take measures on an item of clothing you already own

A) Sleeve length: Measure the sleeve from where it is stitched onto the jacket all the way down to where it ends

B) Chest/Bust: Measure circumference of Chest/Bust at widest point

C) Waist: Measure waist circumference

D) Hips: Measure hips circumference at widest point

E) Shoulder width: Measure across widest part of shoulders from the point where the left sleeve is stitched onto to the jacket to the point where the right sleeve is stitched onto the jacket

F) Length of Back: Measure from the point where the collar is stitched onto the jacket all the way down to the bottom of the jacket
